l   下述口試流程僅供本校資訊工程學系學生適用。

This oral test process is only applicable to students of CSIE, NCU.

l   依據【國立中央大學博士班、碩士班研究生學位考試細則】辦理。

According to “National Central University Rules Governing the Master’s and Doctoral Degree Qualifying Exam and Thesis Defense”.

l   研究生均須於臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心網站線上修習學術研究倫理課程所需時數，未完成本課程，不得申請學位口試。

Graduate students must be required to take the academic research ethics course online at the website of the Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education. The degree should not be applied for if the online course is not completed.

    帳號為學號，密碼為學號後五碼，進入課程後可換密碼  

The account number is the student ID number and the password is last five yards after the student number.

²  修習本必修0學分課程之學生，須通過線上課程測驗達及格標準，未通過者，須於申請學位口試前補修完成。

²  學生可自行選擇中文或英文版本修習。只要修習一次通過即可，不用每學期修讀。本課程成績不會列入成績單中。

l   口試費校方補助口試委員人數

²  碩士班口試委員至多補助3位（可邀請3-5位），每位委員口試費1,000元、

²  博士班至多補助6位(可邀請5-9位)，每位委員口試費2,000元；

²  若老師邀請委員人數超過補助範圍得視需要以所屬管理費或結餘款自籌分攤支應，交通費依「國內出差旅費報支要點」規定辦理。

l   口試申請流程說明 Oral application process description

     1.提送申請時間 Application time：每學期開學註冊日起，原則上以口試日兩週前提出為原則，以利後續造冊通知作業。最遲至當學期本系規定之截止日(本學期6月23日前)。  

       A degree examination can be submitted from the registration date of each semester and no later than two weeks before the oral examination date. The deadline for application of this semester is 23th Jun.   

 

           2.提送申請資料 Submit the application materials：    

²  請至中大Portal >服務櫃台>教務專區>學籍註冊>項下學位考試申請提出。使用說明專區 

               Please go to NCU Portal > iNCU  > Academic > Register> "Degree Exam Application " to apply.  System Guide

²  學位考試委員名單請與指導教授確認後由學生端填寫(指導教授若也是口試委員請記得一併填入)。

博士學位考試委員5人至9人(校外委員至少2名)，碩士學位考試委員3人至5人(校外委員至少1名)。

The list of degree examination committee members (including  the advisor) should be filled out by the student after confirmation with the advisor.

There are five to nine doctorate examination committee members (2 external members are required), and three to five master degree examination committee members (1 external member is required).

²  研究生申請學位口試，必須先至圖書館網頁進行論文比對，並符合本系要求之相似度低於25%(含)始得申請學位口試。舉行學位考試時，應提供完整論文比對報告予口試委員參考，報告形式不拘，紙本或電子檔皆可。

Graduate students applying for a degree defense must first go to the library website to conduct a thesis similarity check. They may only apply for the degree defense if the similarity percentage meets the department's requirement of 25% or lower. When the degree examination is held, a complete paper comparison report should be provided for the oral examination members to refer to. The report format is not limited, paper or electronic files are acceptable.

²  系所要求申請備審文件合併成PDF檔上傳：

Required documents for application　The application documents required should be merged into a PDF file and uploaded：

1.  指導教授推薦函  Advisor’s Recommendation

至系統填寫申請資料儲存後產出表單，並請指導老師簽名(Output the form from system, and ask the advisor to sign.)

2. 學術倫理課程通過證明 Certificate of academic ethics course approval

3. 論文比對結果報告書The Report of  Thesis Similarity Check

4. 論文初稿與摘要  The draft and abstract of the thesis

5. 若有以下情形，請下載表格填寫後視為備審文件合併上傳。

　If there are the following situations, please download the form and fill in it as a document for review and upload it.

u  研究生學位考試委員「符合本系提聘標準」說明 ( Degree Examination Committee Members Qualified according to the department’s standard of appointment)

u  視訊舉行學位考試申請表 (Application Foam for Thesis Defense Conducted via Video Conferencing)

²   若無法於Portal系統提出申請，請學生以紙本方式提送，系所要求申請備審文件請合併成一個PDF檔E-mail 至elephant@g.ncu.edu.tw 。   ØØ註冊組論文表格下載

If you cannot submit the oral test application in the system, please submit it in paper form. Please combine the application documents required into a PDF file and E-mail to elephant@g.ncu .edu.tw.   ØØDownlaod the file

²  另行E-mail 口試費清冊電子檔 至 elephant@g.ncu.edu.tw並提供口試日期，以利口試費清冊製作。

-     E-mail標題格式: 口試費清冊-學生姓名-學號-指導老師-口試時間 ex:  口試費清冊-王小明-108522XXX-蘇OO老師-109.12.31

-     若無法先行取得委員撥款帳戶資料，請先回覆清冊表格藍框部分，口試當天再請委員提供資料。

-     若多位學生邀請同一批口試委員，其中一位同學代表提供清冊即可。

         Download the list of oral exam fees  , fill the part of blue border  and E-mail to  elephant@g.ncu.edu.tw          

         3.口試前準備作業 Preparation before the oral examination :

²  學位考試申請簽核完成後，點選相關表單，列印或下載以下表格提供委員口試當天簽名

After the degree examination application finish, click on the related form and print (or download) the following forms for the degree examination members to sign.

ü  【口試委員審定書Verification Letter from the Oral Examination Committee】

ü  【考試委員評定報告單Report for Degree Examination committee  】

ü  【學位考試評分條 Degree Examination Score Paper】

²  自行列印【學位考試申請表】、【學位口試委員聘函】，至行政大樓1樓文書組申請聘函用印(若有需要)。

Print the 【Application form for the Degree Examination】 and 【Employment Certificate for Degree Examination Committee member】, and apply for the seal of the Employment Cetificate to the Documentation Division on the first floor of the administrative building.(If needed.)

²  確認學位口試時間及地點 (口試場地請自行登入教室預約系統登記)。

Confirm the time and place of the oral examination and register with the system.

²  口試之論文初稿由學生自行親自送達或寄送口試委員。

The draft of the paper  is delivered by the student himself or sent to the committee members.

²  口試前一週系辦會回覆口試費清冊給學生，請委員確認撥帳資料。（若未收到請務必與系辦確認）

One week before the oral exam, the department office will reply the list of oral exam fees to the students, and members are equested to confirm the payment information. (If you do not receive it, please confirm with the department office)

    4.口試當天相關作業 On the day of the oral examination：

²  外校口委開車入校請告知系辦委員車牌號碼辦理停車折抵或至系辦索取免費通行券。

If the external member drive to the school, please inform department office of the license plate number to apply for a free parking discount , or ask for a free coupon at the department office.

²  系上提供口試委員便餐補助。(每人每餐120元上限，再請提供發票或收據事後核銷。)

    5.口試結束後成績繳交作業 Results submittion after the oral examination：學生或指導老師將以下資料繳回：

        (因故採視訊方式口試者允許提供影本Providing copies are allowed due to Video Conferening)

ü   評定報告單正本 Original Report for Degree Examination committee

ü  評分條正本(實貼於評定報告單背面) Original Score Paper ( pasted at the back of the Report for Degree)

ü   審定書影本 Photocopy of the Verification Lette

ü  學位考試申請表 Application form for the Degree Examination

ü   口試費清冊委員撥帳資料回覆

      

l   辦理離校手續及學位證書領取 Procedures for leaving school and receiving the degree certificate

²  公告 113 學年度第 2學期頒發學位證書相關注意事項。

Announcement of Matters Needing Attention Regarding the Issuing of Degree Certificates in the First Semester of the 113th Academic Year.

²  資工系離校手續說明 Instructions for leaving the school of CSIE department

²  本學期請於 7月31日中午前完成離校手續並領取畢業證書。

Be sure to complete the school leaving procedure and receive your diploma before noon on 7/31 of this semester.

²  因故無法於學期終了前完成領取學位證書者，應於 114 年 7 月 31 日前提出申請延期領取。請至註冊組網站→表格下載→學籍相關表格→[3-14碩博士延後辦理畢業離校申請表]下載填寫，延期領取自114年8月1日起至114 年8月29日中午12時止。

The graduate students who are unable to receive the diploma by the end of the semester should submit the application for delaying diploma by July 31, 2025. The time for collecting the delayed diploma is from August 1 to 29, 2025 (Before 12 P.M. on the last day).
