下述口試流程僅供本校資訊工程學系學生適用。
This oral test process is only
applicable to students of CSIE, NCU.
l
依據【國立中央大學博士班、碩士班研究生學位考試細則】辦理。
According to “National Central University Regulations on Degree
Examinations for Postgraduate Students”.
l
研究生均須於臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心網站線上修習學術研究倫理課程所需時數，未完成本課程，不得申請學位口試。
Graduate students must be required to take the academic research
ethics course online at the website of
the Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education. Students who have not
completed the course are not eligible to apply for the degree oral examination.
帳號為學號，密碼為學號後五碼，進入課程後可換密碼
The account number is the student ID
number and the password is last five yards after the student number.
² 修習本必修0學分課程之學生，須通過線上課程測驗達及格標準，未通過者，須於申請學位口試前補修完成。
² 學生可自行選擇中文或英文版本修習。只要修習一次通過即可，不用每學期修讀。本課程成績不會列入成績單中。

口試費校方補助口試委員人數
² 碩士班口試委員至多補助3位（可邀請3-5位），每位委員口試費1,000元、
² 博士班至多補助6位(可邀請5-9位)，每位委員口試費2,000元；
² 若老師邀請委員人數超過補助範圍得視需要以所屬管理費或結餘款自籌分攤支應，交通費依「國內出差旅費報支要點」規定辦理。

口試申請流程說明 Oral application process description
1.提送申請時間 Application time：每學期開學註冊日起，原則上以口試日兩週前提出為原則，以利後續造冊通知作業。最遲至當學期本系規定之截止日(本學期12月24日前)。
A degree examination can be
submitted from the registration date of each semester and no later than two
weeks before the oral examination date. The deadline for application of this
semester is 24th Dec.
2.提送申請資料 Submit the application
materials：
² 請至中大Portal >服務櫃台>教務專區>學籍註冊>項下學位考試申請提出。使用說明專區
Please go to NCU Portal > iNCU > Academic > Register>

² 學位考試委員名單請與指導教授確認後由學生端填寫(指導教授若也是口試委員請記得一併填入)。
博士學位考試委員5人至9人(校外委員至少2名)，碩士學位考試委員3人至5人(校外委員至少1名)。
The list of
degree examination committee members (including the
advisor) should be filled out by the student after confirmation with the
advisor.
There are five to nine doctorate examination
committee members (2 external members are required), and three to five master
degree examination committee members (1 external member is required).
² 研究生申請學位口試，必須先至圖書館網頁進行論文比對，並符合本系要求之相似度低於25%(含)始得申請學位口試。舉行學位考試時，應提供完整論文比對報告予口試委員參考。
Graduate
students applying for the degree oral examination must first conduct a thesis
similarity check through the university library website. The similarity
index must meet the departmental requirement of 25% or below before the
student is eligible to apply for the degree oral examination. During the oral
defense, a complete similarity report must be provided for the reference of the
examination committee members.

the system, please submit it in paper form. Please combine the application

² 另行E-mail 口試費清冊電子檔 至 elephant@g.ncu.edu.tw並提供口試日期，以利口試費清冊製作。
- E-mail標題格式:
口試費清冊-學生姓名-學號-指導老師-口試時間 ex: 口試費清冊-王小明-108522XXX-蘇OO老師-109.12.31
- 請先提供清冊表格藍框部分，後續將回覆口委清冊供確認。
- 若多位學生邀請同一批口試委員，其中一位同學代表提供清冊即可。

3.口試前準備作業 Preparation before the
oral examination :
² 學位考試申請簽核完成後，點選【相關表單】，列印或下載以下表格提供委員口試當天簽名
After the degree examination application
finish, click on the【related form】and print (or download) the following forms for the degree
examination members to sign.

ü 國家圖書館學位論文延後公開申請書 Application for Embargo of
Thesis/Dissertation
(若論文擬申請延後公開 required if the defer public of the thesis is
adopted )
² 自行列印【學位考試申請表】、【學位口試委員聘函】，至行政大樓1樓文書組申請聘函用印(若有需要)。
Print
the 【Application
form for the Degree Examination】 and 【Employment Certificate for Degree
Examination Committee member】, and apply for the seal of the
Employment Cetificate to the Documentation Division
on the first floor of the administrative building.(If needed.)
² 確認學位口試時間及地點 (口試場地請自行登入教室預約系統登記)。
Confirm
the time and place of the oral examination and register with the system.
² 口試之論文初稿由學生自行親自送達或寄送口試委員。
The draft of the thesis is delivered
by the student himself or sent to the committee members.
² 口試前一週系辦會回覆口試費清冊給學生，請委員確認撥帳資料。（若未收到請務必與系辦確認）
One week before the oral exam, the
department office will reply the list of oral exam fees to the students, and
members are equested to confirm the payment
information. (If you do not receive it, please confirm with the department
office)
4.口試當天相關作業 On the day of the oral
examination：
² 外校口委開車入校請告知系辦委員車牌號碼辦理停車折抵或至系辦索取免費通行券。
If the external member drive to the
school, please inform department office of the license plate number to apply for a free parking discount , or
ask for a free coupon at the department office.
² 系上提供口試委員便餐補助。(每人每餐120元上限，再請提供發票或收據事後核銷。)
5.口試結束後成績繳交作業
Results submittion after the oral
examination：學生或指導老師將以下資料繳回：
(因故採視訊方式口試者允許提供影本Providing copies are allowed due to Video Conferening)

² 公告 114 學年度第 1學期頒發學位證書相關注意事項。
² 資工系離校手續說明 Instructions for
leaving the school of CSIE department
口試完成修改論文後請務必再完成1次論文比對，並將前後兩次比對結果上傳離校調查表單。
After completing the oral examination
and revising your thesis, please make sure to conduct the thesis similarity
check again. Upload the results of both the initial and final similarity checks
to the graduation survey form.
² 註冊組代收之紙本論文，將送存國家圖書館，如需延後公開者，須裝訂「國家圖書館學位論文延後公開申請書」，檢附之證明文件如下請夾附於論文。
Paper copies of theses collected by
the Registration Division will be deposited at the National Central Library. If
delayed public release is required, the “Application
for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation” must be bound with the thesis, along
with the relevant supporting documents as follows:
l 涉及機密(Confidential information)：係指國家機密，須檢附相關證明文件，或填寫「說明書」。
Refers to national secrets; relevant
proof documents must be provided, or submit the ” Statement Form”
l
專利事項(Patent matters)：申請表填妥專利案號即可，若正在專利申請審核中，或有新技術發表先後之疑慮者，應填寫「說明書」。
The application form should indicate
the patent number. If the patent application is still under review or there are
concerns regarding the priority of new technology disclosure, a “Statement Form”
must be submitted.
l 依法不得提供(Not permitted to be provided on
statutory grounds)：須提出適用法規或具體事實證據。
The applicable regulations or concrete
supporting evidence must be provided.
² 本學期請於 1月30日中午前完成離校手續並領取畢業證書。
Please complete the school leaving
procedures and collect your diploma by noon on January 30 of this semester.
